Respected sir,
Myself mrs. Khushboo vijay rajbhar a resident from kalyan east, thane, maharashtra. My mseb consumer no. Is[protected] of billing unit 4169 - kalyan east.
Sir, recently on 22nd august, 2020 i received a bill from mseb via mail of rs.2110/- showing consumption unit of 48 units. As per the said bill it is issued for 2 moths. Sir, from june 12 till august 12 all family members were out of station and the my house was closed for 2 months. As per the situation, the said bill should have raised for nominal use, but it was raised too high. The said bill shows consumption of 48 units for 2 months with high charges. It is also not cleared, whether reading of the meter unit was done or not.
Sir, i have cleared my mseb bill for the month of may, 2020 of rs.1050/- having consumption of 81units on 9th june, 2020. I can submit my travelling tickets as a proof that, no one was present at home for 2 months and my home was closed. Sir, regarding the said issue i also lodged a complaint vai mahavitran app but no reply was received.
Sir, i humbly request to take cognizance in said matter by rechecking the said bill and revised it as per the consumption units. Further, i also request to recived reply from mseb by the same mode through which i am registering my complaint.
I look forward for solution on my complaint as soon as possible.
