Till july 2017 my electricity bill was proper but suddenly there was a huge increment in the light bill for the month of august 2017. My average monthly consumption of electricity is 150 units per month from jan 2017 but for august month it was 408 units, which is 3 times more as that of normal.
In the month of sep 2017 i requested for meter replacement and after multiple follow ups it was replaced in the month of oct.
Now meter is working properly so far but the monthly electricity bill is still with additional amount, whereas as per mseb personal i should be getting a revised bill after deducting the amount which was added due to faulty meter. All the reports are already submitted to mseb office but no change in the bill.
It is very frustrating to followup. Very pathetic service provided by mseb. Was this information helpful? |
