Hello sir, madam
Our average bill is around rs 1200. Since the reading was not taken in month of mar'20 to june'20, we used to get an average bill of inr 1200 and i paid the same on time. However, in june month i got a bill of 5800 which is extremely high & i can not afford it. The software is itself corrupt and they are charging assuming the 3 months bill as 1 month consumed units and then subtracting the paid amount. This needs to be re-checked & reconfirmed.
I hereby request that a representative from mahadiscombe sent to my residence as soon as possible in order to read my meter and determine whether or not someone has been "stealing" my electricity, or perhaps that my meter is faulty or the generated bill is itself incorrect?
Please consider this written notice as an official complaint and be advised that i will not pay what i consider to be excess charges until an official from your company verifies said charges.
