Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — i am complaining for not getting mseb new connection

Dear sir/madam,
I rajesh r agarwal applied for new meter connection for office (Detail address given below). I paid the new connection charges on 06aug2018 but still i did not receive the connection. New consumers who applied after me also allotted the meter but not to me. When i went for inquiry the concern officer not answer properly and using bad langauge. He alos said go and complain do what you want to do. I request you to pl look into the matter and allot new meter to me at the earliest. (Meter payment receipt is attached) pl find details as below,
