Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — I paid bill online but till its not updated in website. | |||
I paid the bill on 9 march online, my amount is deducted but its not updated in msedcl website. I was continuous giving complaint to customer care as well as md, help desk but nobody listening and not solving it. I am not satisfy with their service. I am given all details like transaction no., date, mode of payment but nobody taking interest to solve it. Only they read and ignore from last 09 march. Customer care also suggest me wait 3-4 days its done automatic like nonsense excuse. Was this information helpful? | |||
