Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — incorrect meter reading for more than a year | |||
My consumer no. Is[protected]. I have installed solar rooftop and net-metering was completed for the same in july 2018. Since then, i have never received the correct reading for the ' export, import and banked' units in my monthly bill. I have raised this issue multiple times to msedcl via 1800 toll - free number. I have also raised a service request via online portal on mahadiscom on 3rd may 2019 but no action is yet taken. It has also been confirmed by the msedcl individual coming to take the reading that the readings are not being taken properly into the system and hence the bill is incorrect. I would like msedcl to investigate the error in taking the readings for the past one year and adjust for whatever losses there might have been. Correct readings need to be taken from now on as there is a direct financial implication for the mistake which is being done by msedcl. Was this information helpful? | |||
