I would like your attention to the issue we are facing as below, Akola rural.
We are paying the energy bill regular on time but did not receive electricity power regularly.
We are continuously reminding each and every day for frequent power failures in our area.
We have also made various complaints on Toll-Free numbers for total failure in our Area Panchmori-Kanadi 444006 but unable to receive any permanent resolution.
We have also reminded lineman of this area but it seems he is not taking the issue seriously nor is he responding to phone calls with kindness and in a timely manner.
We do not have water due to no-electricity. We request you to take this issue seriously and resolve it as possible.
Due to the current Pandemic situation we are at home facing many problems due to electricity failures, many household gadgets are not functioning properly due to frequent power failure and fluctuation in voltage.
