Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — mahadiscom consumer no.[protected] faulty meter not replaced for 9 months | |||
Electricity meter no.[protected] for the above connection (No.[protected] is not working since october 2016. I have been getting average bills since november 2016. Despite my follow-up with mahadiscom office at panvel and submission of written complaint on february 2017 (Copy attached), no action has been taken and billing for average monthly consumption of 260 units are being issued, which is much higher than my normal consumption. I fail to understand when mahadiscom is aware of the faulty status of the meter (It is mentioned in every electricity bill), why a customer has to run from pillar to post for its replacement? Request you to kindly take note of this complaint and arrange for replacement of the faulty meter at the earliest.
