Dear sir, mysel[censored]mesh kumar, staying at titwala (East), wants to inform you That everytime high bill has been generated and provided to me from 4-5 of months. In every month electricity bill it is clearly written that meter is faulty. Also i submitted video and photos of meter status to the engineer and they provided me The meter report that it is faulty. I requested them to change the meter many times, Every times i got answer that, in next week, new meter will be in stock and they will change it. But it is now approximately 4-5 months with same answer. Please find the below details. Consumer name : budharam ganpat sarnobat Consumer nr. :[protected] Meter nr. : 01280226 Address s. No: 141/6 sarnobat nagar 421301 I am working person and mostly i dont stay at my room in day time. Also i live there alone. At most of the time bulbs and fan are not in use in my room. There are only 2 cfl bulbs and 1 ceiling fan in my room. I have already filed a complaint in kalyan electricity office (Titwala area) but everytime the person's says We know it is a high bill but next time will correct the issues and will provide the proper bill. It has not rectified till date. I am attaching here with the photocopy for your kind perusal. Requesting you to look into the matter and assist to resolve it at the earliest.
