Address ground floor shop no.1 business arcade near rajedhadur hospital shalimar nashik 01 we have not reciving bill for last 4 month plz send me bill on my address

I am complaint as I was paid Dec 2018 bill on 4 jan 19 but again bill was Rs 5009 without taken meter reading

Online bill payment receipt receipt from msedl but not updated
