Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — meter reading is not taken at regular interval/monthly

I mrs. C. D. Bhasme kindly inform you that at my home
Msedcl's meter reader rarely comes. So the reading taken is faulty or as per the previous graph. We suffer from this kind of behaviour of msedcl's meter reader. I have already given complaint to divisional office, near daffrin hospital and also at nawathe center. Consistancy is not maintained by the meter reader due to which some residential peoples in our area are suffering. Details of my home/area are:
