Today i have received the bill showing rs -100.00, the reading is not shown in the bill just mention not available and mentioned faulty.
The last reading mentioned in the bill was bill date - 25/07/2019 - meter reading was 13, 379 and from the next month the average bill was given for 11 months i. E upto bill date 22/06/2020. The average reading was 188 units per month.
This month bill date - 27/07/2020 the reading is shown 0 unit.
The current meter reading shown in the photo when we chk online is 15184.
As per the calculation i have been charged for excess 263 units.
Last month also i have send the photo of the reading through app, then also it was not considered.
I am really sorry but the work process done is ridiculous.
Kindly clarify my doubts you have already charged extra for 23 units then also the bill is showing only rs. 100 excess.
If you think the meter is faulty i am ok, if you replace the meter but give me the proper justification showing it is faulty.
Your people are not taking the reading and if we are submitting it via app you are not considering what else we can do.
