Meter status showing faulty in bill. Two Complaint Nos.[protected] dt.06-September-2022 &[protected] dt.26-September-2022. Inspite of 2 complaints still received average bill(without reading) showing units consumed as 340 units same as last bill 340 units. Actual consumption very less should have been less then 100 units. Had also submitted meter reading online dated 22-Sep-2022 with meter reading 37134 units. When checked the meter the display is not clear but if photo is taken by mobile camera it shows clearly the reading units. The same photo was uploaded on 22-Sep-2022 with meter reading 37134 units but still received average bill showing consumption 340 units. Since the meter display is not good I am receiving average bills. Would request MSEB to resolve the problem immediately & send proper bill with proper reading after adjusting the excess bill charged to me.
