Myself jitesh baban kharat and my consumer no.[protected].
I have raised the complaints against meter status on mscb app on 22nd aug 2018 and still issue not solved. I have submitted application in sabe diva office on 25th aug 2018 as well.
I have called to customer care regarding same to solve the issue on priority but as discussed with akshay dandile (Customer care executive mscb) saying register the complaint in mscb (As this employees comes under government employment dont have any fear and not solving the customer complaint)
Does we have to give bribe to solve every thing in government offices?
Please help us regarding same.
