Hello team, My customer id is "[protected]" and my name is sandhya subhash munde. I have received mail and message to pay the bill but neither the hard copy nor soft copy of bill is provided. I tried to generate the soft copy online but no bill is displayed. Went to your office (Msedcl) for getting the hard copy of bill but they too cannot generate one. Called your customer care to check the issue, but they cannot find the customer details. Last day to pay my bill is 7th sep 2018 and i cannot pay bill online as the details are not updated and cannot pay via hard cash as hard copy is not available.
