I am highly disappointed with your services. consumer#[protected]. I always pay my bill before due date but this is 2nd time in one week that I am not having electricity at my home. The light goes of in the morning around 8:00am till night 12:30PM.
After numerous calls to customer care I still haven't received the reason why my flat is having power and not other 216 flats. Can someone justify this?
How can this be possible that the whole society is having electricity and it is just our flat that is having this cut. I need explanation on this? This is highly not acceptable.
PS: Our bill amount has suddenly gone up from 450 monthly to 1200 monthly. How is that possible??? We are hardly at home.
