Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — payment got deducted but the transaction showing as failed | |||
I had paid my electricity bill of april month through online payment on 07/05/2019, for amount rs.1830. That time amount of rs. 1830 was deducted from my hdfc credit card account but transactions failed due to some error occurred. Now payment of april month is not showing on the official website of msedcl, not in bill history and payment history. So i request you to please look into the matter and refund me rs. 1830 in my account. Note: the screenshot of the payment has been attached for your reference. Was this information helpful? | |||
