Dear All,

As i would like to inform you that we have got extra bill for the month of December. For the same we have already registered complaint almost 20 days ago but there is no solution we got for this (complaint no[protected].Normally our electricity consumption stays within limit(under 100 units per month).Yesterday our electricity has been disconnected and when your people has come for re-connection of our electricity then we came to know that our electricity meter reading is only 7746(till 3rd February 2017) and electricity board has charged from us 7792 unit(bill generated on 17/12/16).

So request to you that kindly look into this and resolve this issue on priority.As per my knowledge electricity charges is different for unit wise(i.e 0-100 units charges is Rs 2.98 and for more than 100 units charges is Rs 6.73), Kindly let me know that how adjustment part will take place here because electricity board has different different units rate (as per consumption), The reason for asking this question is we have paid extra money to electricity board and electricity board has charged from us at Rs 6.73/unit price.

I have raised a concern regarding extra bill(Compaint no[protected] but till the date there is no solution we received, I have also visited to your concern office(Pimprigaon MSEB office) where i have given written application too.

I would like to bring in notice that we have already paid bill till 7792 units(which has generated on 17.12.16 plz check) our electricity consumption has not reached at 7792 units till the time, you may send your person to check this too.

So i would like to know that if we have already paid bill till 7792 units and till the time electricity consumption has not reached at 7792 units then why Rs 750 bill generated for the this month(plz check bill generated on 17.2.17).
