Because of load shading I tried contacting 1912. But could not connect with them. Then I got the call from +[protected].
He was so rude and abused ng on call for the time. When I asked for the help he asked me to visit website. If he can not resolved the customer query then why he is calling back to customer. If this complaint does not get resolved then I will go to consumer forum. I want his confession letter of misbehaving or else I will take issue to another level.
