This is to inform you that i m residing at below mentioned address. This is to bring to your kind notice and information that there is a pole in front of our building, the issue is that it is blocking our main road, it is causing many inconvenience for vehicle to pass away. We are receding here from last 8 years till now no action has been taken regarding the poll.
Request you to look in to the matter and instruct your technical department to take action as soon as possible, it would be very thankful if you considered our problem.
