[Resolved]  Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — Spelling correction in name of MSEDCL consumer No[protected]

Dear Sir,
We have submitted Online Application No 29067966 dated 06/01/2021 for correction in spelling of name for MSEDCL consumer No[protected] and also made necessary online payment of Rs 130 for same. But still spelling mistake correction in system is pending for more than 8 months.

Request you to look into this matter and follow up with concern department to fast track it.
Also, I have raised several complaint in MSEDCL mobile app but local team has closed complaints without resolving the issue which is not acceptable and needs to be escalated.

I have attached copy of online application no and payment receipt and aadhar card copy for your reference.
