Mahadiscom is still generating high average bills of Rs 4680/- for Oct & Nov 2020 though consumption as per new meter readings is much lesser. Current new meter reading is not shown on bill with remarks "METER CHNG". However in photograph the new meter reading is shown. But bill is for AVERAGE BILL.
