For the month of February, I have received a high amount of electricity bill for my flat.. The bill I received is of 3910 Rs. which is very high as compared to my previous bills which were always in range of 600-650 Rs.
When I filed a complaint in the customer care centre, yes they registered the complaint, but they were not ready to help me further instead they asked me to visit the Subunit of electricity board in Sangvi. I requested them that it will not be possible for me to reach there as I work in a private company and I would not be able to reach there before the next weekend[protected] and they would come to cut the electricity on[protected] as it is the last date of submission of Bill.
When I made a call to Sangvi subunit, Their phone rang but nobody attended the call, I tried several times but there was no response.
Tomorrow they will come to cut the electricity and they are not bothered about the wrong bill generated. Was this information helpful? |
