This is regarding the november 2017 bill sent by your malvan division office, sindhudurg district. Our meter no. Is [protected] and consumer no.[protected]. Units consumed shown are 80 inspite the difference between two reading is 0. Hence the biil shows high billing amount. As this place is our native place residence where nobody presently resides, the present reading is correct. Kindly correct the same. I am attaching both october and november bills for your reference.
