Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — wrong meter reading, and wrong bill putted in the pandemic moratorium period (june 2020)

Hi,

I have been residing at spaghetti chs, building no. L3/25 since last 1 year on rent. As i am an on time payee of electricity bills, i have checked an confirmed that i never got a bill more than 1600 (Max) and 450 (Minimum) in a 1bhk flat with just 3 fans and 3 tubelights.

This time i have got a bill of 18000. Please check and help. How i can pay?. This is complete unfaithful and unlawful.
