Mahalaxmi Travels — Not dropping at deboarding point and choosing completely alternate route

Dear Sir

I had booked Mahalaxmi Travels bus through Paytm from Jaipur to Meerut on[protected].
My deboarding point was R K Travels in Meerut, but when I was about to reach Meerut bus conductor refused to drop me on the deboarding point on R K Travels(Meerut). Even after insisting him again and again he refused to drop me at RK Travels. He dropped me at Partapur Bypass several kms before the boarding point. And at such a secluded area where anything wrong ccould have happened. This action caused much problem to me and my family.
I hope you take strict action against such things which cause so much discomfort to your passengers. Details of my trip are as follow:
