As per our conversation in this week customer care followed Complaint In-charge, as you are aware, I am at my native place since July 2020. As we are away from home so are not using MGL supply from last 9 month and in future when it will reuse no one know. In this regard, I would request you to provide me some relief in on Bimonthly basis default charges.
Now in this pandemic situation of COVID-19, as the spread of the coronavirus continues to disrupt many of our personal and professional lives, we find ourselves in a period o[censored]nique challenge and uncertainty.
We earnestly appeal MGL should consider upon monthly default fees as in this COVID time our business has affected too much and it’s not easy to put own crisis conditions in front of you.
So hope MGL should big heartedly consider what best they can do for me.
I hope you can empathize with my circumstances and grant me the same.
