Dear sir/madam
Pls find below mail /letter sent to mgl on 22.08.17 for temporary disconnection of gas supply and also requested to reverse the bill charged to me even though no gas was consumed by us after last bill payment by me as we have shifted to other place due to redevelopment of our society building.
Kindly look in to it and stop temporarily gas connection and reverse the bill charged to me.
Kindly let me know if any information is required from my side.

Dear sir

With reference to above, i would like to bring to your kind notice that i’m shifted from b-16 alka chs ltd, near don bosco school, vazira, borivali (West) to my new residence as mentioned above from 14.06.2016 on wards and hence not used /consumed gas. You can verify my previous record where i have paid all bills regularly. Due to shifting, meter reading also could not be done hence you have raised bill based on previous unit consumed month to month.

Hence request you to not to charge the gas bill and reverse your demand of rs 2093/-

Kindly stop temporarily gas supply/connection and let us know my security deposit lying with you.
