Dear sir/maddum
My name is ankur kaushik &my s b i a/c no. Is [protected] mohan corprative branch code 16106.
I paid my mtnl telephone bill by online banking on 30th may 2017. But transaction failed & amount rs. 871.00 detected from account then i complaining at branch then sbi staff say we don't know about online banking so we can't provide information about this.
Kindly provide some information about this transaction for refund amount as soon as possible.
