Hi
I was making online payment. My amount got deducted from bank account but mtnl self care have error and my bill payment not done.
I got error of Object reference.
I tried email at edonline.mtnl.net
But got no response.
I tried couple more email id. But no response. This is worst experience. And bad customer support.

I advice all not to choose mtnl.
Request mtnl do refund my amount or do payment process.
