Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — Broadband connection not install for six month

Dear sir,
I'm Sandeep saxena resident of b-1296, gali no. 37, sant nagar, burari, delhi-110084.
I had applied mtnl connection almost six month ago on mtnl Siri after 3 days their executive come to my house and taken 500 rs and took necessary documents and told me to install connection in 1 week but nobody visit or call me till date, than a call their executive who took money from me, he give me SR no. 2551315 and told it will be install soon, I have send numbers of mail to mtnl but nobody help.
Pls help

It's almost 6 months now, I have not received any call from your side neither connection installed.

It's been 45 days now, Nobody contact me yet, I have made several call to mtnl and yashpalbji but nobody is concern about .
