Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — careless customer care

I have paid my bills two weeks back for two landline numbers but both the lines are dead. What is the point of having a telephone then? Tried calling mtnl helpline and they gave me a number to call. I called more than 100times but no one picks up. And thats the guy who turn on my telephone line in my area. This carelessness in todays world is shameful and extremely bad for business.

My landline no 28778886 is dead and the box from where the connection is given i.e. the plastic box is all broken and is hanging in air is long and all the wires are also messed up and are in very bad condition
