Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — Complaint against landline Not Working

Hi .our landline no 23439065, we have been complaining as our landline is not working since last six months and we had made complaint in mtnl office but no action has been taken .Our device is not working and we r unnecessarily paying bill and no body is helping and comes to change device. I request to kindly do the needful and change the device.we are very old customers of mtnl. Pls Help
