Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — Complaint for additional broadband charges levied month on month | |||
Please consider this as my complaint and harassment to the middle class family. Also keeping the entire mail trail for your ready reference and to understand how MTNL officials are literally ensuring that customers would be robbed and harrassed. My telephone no. is 21635720 and was having a broadband connection. When I did not want a BB connection due to very poor network service issues, I tried to reach all your nearby offices of Mulund, but unfortunately these offices were closed either due pandemic or due to no staff (VRS). The other issue is MTNL mumbai web site does not give the details of top officials like, where we can escalate the matter, meanwhile, I sincerely appreciate MTNL Delhi website, having all such details. I made bizarre attempts to log complaints on toll free help desk numbers, but in vain. Your customer care numbers are a big joke, after making 100 calls, I was able to register my complaints twice with the following docket no.24th Feb Dock No: 643419th Mar Dock No: 9196(Received the message that complaint is resolved )Whereas, received again the invoice with BB charges levied and no reversals for old BB charges.
