Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — deactivation of vas service | |||||
I am using Mtnl Delhi dolphin mob no since many years. But on 20 Apr 20, I got a sms from no. 52020010 that creative wallpaper service renewed successfully. Amount of Rs 10 deducted from my account. This service is never subscribed by me and I am charged illegally. On 20 Apr 20 itself, I send an sms to unsubscribe from that service. But on 20 May 20, Rs 10 again deducted for same service. The deduction for this service continue till now. I tried to contact customer service executives several times but my call was not attended. I request you to kindly stop this annoying service on my mob no and request you to refund the amount that was deducted without my permission. Thankyou Was this information helpful? | |||||
