My no. Is 22306397 which is out of service since 26/12/2017 and broadband also not working due to this fault.
I registered a complaint regarding this on 27/12/2017 and today is 31/12/2017 but no action taken against my complaint.
I am following up regarding this by calling different different numbers provided by mtnl customer care executive still the issue not resolved yet.
I also sent an email regarding my problem on 29/12/2017 to [protected]@bol.net.in but not get any response from them as well.
I also called the area manager karkardoooma and he responded me through sms that he is busy not able to take my call so i sent an sms to him regarding the issue i m facing but he also not responded on that.
This is worst situation i faced in my life when i m paying my bills timely then i will expect that my queries should be resolved on timely manner. As per the citizen charter given on the mtnl website these kind of problems must be addressed in 48 hrs now it's 5 days and my issues has not been resolved yet. Nobody is responding from mtnl end.
