I am pained to inform About Pathetic service and response of MTNL and no result of escalation too. For 2 months now dead landline phone and no ADSL, no classes, no work. Despite follow up no action. Are we paying for no service? Isn’t there any accountability?
MTNL is not entitled to charge a single rupee for the period of no service.
I want my ADSL and landline phone be fixed in 24 hours.
