Dear sir/ma'am,

This is with reference to the telephone no. And internet connection held with you, as mentioned above i would request you to please discontinue the same connection with immediate effect.

Since i don't receive networks many times, speed is also less than the plan i have taken, and poor customer service i visit sanchar hatt thrice but nothing good happen there and i had to return empty handed.

Henceforth i request you to please disconnect the same, since i will not be paying any bills in this context for future.
