Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — Dolphin number deactivated

I have a Postpaid MTNL mumbai Dolphin Account - [protected]. I used to regularly pay bills of this account via my Axis bank mobile app. Inspite of this they wouldnt recognise the Amount Paid and Would add the same to my Next Billing Cycle. I registered a lot of complaints to MTNL mumbai - but there was no Response. Now they have deactivated the number. I want the number activated back . kindly help sort out this issue as MTNL Mumbai does not respond to any Complaints. kindly help me get the number activated.
