Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — inducing unwanted charges - hungama entertainment ultd-dr

The current bill has hungama entertainment ultd-dr charges, which i haven't opt for. Even if this is activated for some reason, it is without my consent.

Seems like this is a scam or it is a fault in the billing system.

Updated by mohsums On 23rd when I informed the MTNL officials about the situation. They say its our fault, we have activated the scheme and is not trying to understand the problem. We never activated it nor asked them to do the same. Its a glitch from MTNL's end and we are levied with charges for the mistake they have done.
