Our telephone nos 26155620 and 26152950 are dead for more than two weeks.

Complaints have already been registered by us regarding the above nos. Below are the details for the same:-

26155620 – complaint no. 356 (Complaint registered on 27.05.17)

26152950 – complaint no. 342 (Complaint registered on 5th june 2017)

I regret to inform that till date (I. E., 13th june 2017), nobody in mtnl is bothered to rectify the problem.

Please take necessary action urgently as we are facing problems due to non-communication and also inform timeline for rectification.

My broadband no. 24604520 is unserviceable since a week, 4 times reported, but complaint is getting nullified without resolving.
