Hi.
My landline has not been working now since nearly a month
My net speed low appx 512kbps whereas im on a 10mbps plan and its been a month appx
I spk to mtnl field work official who inspect the mtnl box located in our location and they have mentioned its a cable fault and unsure on when it will be fixed..
I am not able to recv calls on my landline and due to low speed i have to spend more money on electric bills to download huge files as the speed is way too slow
Even youtube videos at 360p resolution are also showing buffering,, any above resolution cant be played at this speed.. I have docket # for the complaint raised on 02/09/[protected] and 1816
And complaint raised on 28/08/2018 - 282 and 8853
And an email was sent to [protected]@mtnl.net.in on 02/09/18 and 05/09/18 but no response yet and issue is still unresolved.
Now i still am wondering what kind of bill are they going to send me Was this information helpful? |
