I am located in Borla-Ghatla, Chembur, Mumbai.I possess Dolphin and Trump SIMs.For the past nearly 10 months there is no signal at our premises in both the phones.I even bought new phone as some of the mtnl official doubted about the phone performance.I visited Chembur Customer Care Center.I was told to visit Sion office.Sion official asked me to contact BKC office.I am a senior citizen.Is it the treatment and response we expect. Complaint (recent docket no:[protected]) is raised on 1130.Many a times we end up listening to music and abrupt disconnection without any response when we try to reach on 1504, 1503, 1130, 1500.
