Our landline & broadband hasn't been working for last two month.

We had made telephonic complaint as well as online complaint - Docket No - 2121. We have also contacted you call center a number of times (no[protected] to register a complaint and requesting for a resolution. We have also made all our bill payment duly even for the two months where we haven't used your services.
First we were provided with Mr. Kulkarni mobile no ([protected]) & landline number[protected] who is based out of Wadala exchange since our line is in the precincts of Wadala exchange. We have called Mr. Kulkarni a number of times but he hasn't bothered to answer the phone or call back.
Second we were assured that someone would call us and visit our premises and help us in resolving the problem, but no one has called us or visited us inspite of calling your call center daily.
Third we were informed of a cable breakdown, however on inquiring with our neighbours, everyone's line is operational except ours.
Fourth we were given the email id of the GM, to whom we sent the entire communication but haven't received any reply
Due to lockdown we are working from home and my daughter is attending school from home (she also appeared for her online exams). I hope you would appreciate the importance of internet connectivity. We have been struggling with our mobile hotspots and daily wasting at least half an hour contacting your call center for a resolution. Was this information helpful? |
