Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — Phone line not working for several weeks

Hello,

My landline has not been working for a few days and I have registered a complaint for it. It has been many days.
The docket number is : 3678.

I need your help to look into this matter at your earliest convenience. We are unable to make any phone calls at the moment. We rely on this phone heavily especially now that we are in isolation.

We are senior citizens and need your help with this.

I have tried to contact MTNL many times and the issue is still not resolved.
