Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — security deposit not received even after 3.5 months after connection discontinued

I have submitted the modem and landline set on 30th jan 2018 and not yet received the security deposit amount.. When required they also deducted next month plan amount from my security amount of 2000. They said they have issued check of 850 only which is at first wrong and that too i haven't received yet... I am shifting from my current place in 5 days... Don't know how to collect my correct deposit amount from them.
