My dolphin mob no[protected] was disabled from 13/03/2018 onward, i was trying to contact with customer care no.1503 but could not succeed kindly resume the services with immediately or how i can resume it through online or through sms kindly info i am very unsatisfied with the services is provided the mtnl department and their customer care no. Is not functioning at all and their customer is compelled to port their operators

Dead line since 10 days. Paid all dues and registered my complaint at MTNL mumbai portal. Nothing done after 5 days. Its still dead landline. No response from the MTNL after registering the complaint.
