Been calling and trying to get service for heater under warranty. The person came once and made it worse, the whole electricity is tripping now. I have been trying to get this fixed since january. Your company is extremely unprofessional. Mr. Pandian in chennai keeps saying he will fix it, but he never does. I will wait this week for it to be fixed, after that i will write a negative review on snapdeal and ask for refund. If that doesn't happen, i have no problem taking legal action.
