My food processor jar locking arrangement worn out unable to use the same as jar gets open while running.
Its surprising that after using for just 6-7 month major problem arise
Issue of safety concern.Complaint was raised on 1-3-16.
Service engineer visited on 4-3-16.
considred the complaint as genuine & assured that he will recommend for replacement of jar.
machine is under warranty
Since than no response from maharaja for resolving the complaint raised even after several phone call & reminder.
