It has been more than 3 months, i have been following up to get the gas connection at my flat, in pimple saudagar.

Have called the customer care, around 100 times, and the response i get is they have escalated my case on high priority, and will be resolved within 2 days. Have also mailed to their email address with all the details, but no action.
There is no other number on the website where you can call and escalate your issue.
I feel totally helpless & frustrated, not having anyone to take the accountability.
This is shame for mngl, that consumers are losing the trust in their process, and are being forced to come to social media to have their issues resolved.
While i search for more ways to escalate this, if any accountable mngl personal looks at this, please have this issue resolved at the earliest.
